Returns Policy

Should the print get damaged in transit (with evidence) we will replace it, but not refund.

We go through a process to ensure our products meet with your satisfaction which includes your approval of the map to be printed so we reserve the right not to accept custom map or personalised maps for return or refund.


We will do everything possible to ensure our products meet with your satisfaction, but as many of our products are customised or personalised we appreciated you cannot see the final product until it is delivered. If an instance arises where we haven’t met with your expectations we will look to give a refund.
