HOW MANY PRINTS CAN I HAVE?
There is no limit as to how many we can print of any one map. For small numbers of the same map, maybe 1 – 20 maps, (depending on size) print on demand will give you the best price. If you are looking to purchase numerous copies of a map please contact us for the best price. For larger numbers litho printing is recommended and we can provide prices and organise print and delivery for you.
DO YOU HAVE MAPS AT DIFFERENT SCALES AND SIZES?
The beauty of supplying maps print on demand is that we can size products (within reason) to best suit your requirement. So if the size specified is too big or small please let us know and we can look to scale up or down for you.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LAMINATED PRINT AND ENCAPSULATED PRINT?
Our laminated prints have a gloss or matt laminate on the front of the print to help protect it. Encapsulated prints are prints that are heat sealed in a plastic pouch that gives full protection all round. Ideal for maps that used a great deal or for outdoors. The plastic can be matt or gloss and different thicknesses.
SHOULD I CHOOSE A MATT OR GLOSS LAMINATE
Often just a personal choice, but can depend on where you position the map and how it is going to be used. Matt helps reduce the glare, but gloss is better should you wish to use water based markers or sticker as it will clean better.
