We undertake all necessary research and on-site surveying, ensuring that all data is completely accurate, up-to-date and meets with the goals set down.

Once we have developed a complete understanding for the project at hand, we ensure the Client has direct contacts within the map production department and a dedicated account handler who is contactable at all times. In addition, we ensure that a senior partner oversees every project undertaken, thereby ensuring total quality is maintained throughout.

Our design team take the utmost care in preparing every project, with all maps undergoing stringent checks and using the most up-to-date technologies and techniques to ensure the quality of the final product. Equally, where any personalisation is required, be it naturalisation to foreign languages or representation of a corporate image, the team apply themselves to ensure all elements are up to standard.

In terms of production, the reprographics team are in constant contact with our map design team. They ensure that the final delivered product is up to standard, and quality checked. The final product can be delivered in any specified format, including print, by e-mail, on CD, final film and press optimised pdf to go ‘straight to plate’, with all the above available up to large format.

Equally, such is the reputation of Cosmographics for effective project management and delivery, with large-scale Client projects we are often appointed to take care of the entire process. This involves our team not only working internally, but managing disparate teams of freelance cartographers, other map design teams, editorial and copywriting, along with print houses and any other relevant contacts.
